Travelers Insurance Company (“Appellant”) appeals from a grant of summary judgment in favor of Theresa A. Cochran (“Respondent”), on her section 287.500 1 action to enforce an order of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”). Appellant contends that the motion court erred in granting summary judgment because (1) its reliance on the Supreme Court’s decision in Schoe-mehl v.
