Miller, Judge.

Delores Brown entered into a written agreement in Florida with Gregory Gadson, whereby he agreed to provide semen to her for use in her attempt to become pregnant by artificial insemination. After having a second child by such procedure in North Carolina and moving to Georgia, Brown filed a petition for determination of paternity and to obtain an order for child support against Gadson.
