This action is a part of the highly publicized liquidation of MF Global Inc. (“MFGI”), the U.S. securities broker-dealer and futures commission merchant1 (“FCM”) subsidiary of MF Global Holdings Ltd. On July 19, 2012, plaintiff Koch Supply & Trading, LP (“KS & T”), a former customer of MFGI, filed an adversary proceeding against James W.
