This is an appeal from a decree of the Delta circait coart granting specific performance of a family settlement agreement in the estate of Andrew England, deceased; and restraining Hannah England from drawing a widow’s allowance.

Andrew England died intestate on Aagast 16, 1932. He was sarvived by his widow, Hannah England, the defendant, and foar adalt children by a former marriage, all of whom are plaintiffs in this case.
