This is a venue case heard by the court without a jury. High Plains Natural Gas Company will hereafter be referred to as appellant and the City of Perryton as ap-pellee. For convenience, the statement of the case as made by appellant herein will be adopted as follows: This is an appeal from an order overruling appellant’s plea *204of privilege to be sued in Dallas County, Texas.
