T1 Defendants, First Interstate Financial Utah LLC, First Interstate Financial LLP, and Paul Thurston (collectively, FIF), appeal the judgment entered on a jury verdict awarding plaintiff, McCillis Investment Company, LLP (MIC), $1,300,625 and fee simple ownership. of sixty-three acres of property located in Kersey, Colorado. We affirm.
