Affirming.

This is the second appeal of this case and is the third verdict returned in favor of plaintiff. Upon the first trial there was a verdict in her favor of $250.00, which was set aside by consent of parties; a second one resulted in a hung jury, and upon the third trial plaintiff recovered a judgment for $5,000.00, which was reversed on appeal to this court in an opinion reported in 186 Ky. 739. After the return of the case there was another verdict, for plaintiff for the sum of $1,800.00, and defendant’s motion for a new trial having beeii overruled,…
