*245This case is no stranger to this court. It began its visits about two years ago, and has continued them as regularly and as frequently as the law would permit. What we said about it on the first occasion will be found in the case of City of Monticello v. Bates, 163 Ky. 38, and the entertainment which we gave it on the second occasion is reported in same styled case, 169 Ky. 258.
