Plaintiff, Robert Kane (“Kane”), brings this action against defendants, Gage Merchandising Services, Inc. (“Gage”), AHL Services, Inc. (“AHL”), and Argenbright, Inc. (“Argenbright”) (collectively, “the Defendants”), on behalf of himself and all other persons similarly situated to recover overtime compensation pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.
