Stukes, Justice.

Plaintiff and her now deceased husband, Joe C. Brock, lived their half century and more of married life on farm land in Pickens County inherited by him from his father, which extended into the corporate limits of Central where the home is situate. They had no children and the evidence indicates that as they grew older they became more' and more dependent for domestic and business help upon his only nephew, J.
