HOWARD, J.:
This is an action to set aside an irrevocable life insurance trust based upon allegations of incompetence of the settlor and undue influence by the beneficiaries. Isabel M. Dusenberry executed a revocable trust (“the First Trust”) and an irrevocable trust (“the Second Trust”). The Second Trust was funded by a newly acquired life insurance policy which had a single premium almost as great as the face amount of the policy due to her age and health.
