OPINION AND ORDER
MILDRED CABAN FLORES, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court are two Orders to Show Cause as to (1) why the Court should not abstain from hearing this case which is essentially a two party dispute regarding the division of marital property and therefore serves no bankruptcy purpose and (2) why the case should not be dismissed for failure to pay post-petition domestic support obligations (“DSO”). For the reasons stated herein, the Court abstains from hearing this case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 305(a)(1)1 and as a result the case is dismissed. In the alternative, the case is dismissed…
