In this mortgage foreclosure action, the plaintiff-mortgagee, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (“Metropolitan”), seeks to foreclose its lien on a large apartment complex operated by the defendant-mortgagor, Monroe Park, a limited partnership. Monroe Park has raised several objections, both substantive and procedural, by which it seeks to preclude the entry of summary judgment.
