Plaintiff David Greenley commenced this class action1 lawsuit against Defendant Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA) seeking statutory damages and injunctive relief for alleged violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. §§ 227, et seq.
