The case was previously before this court (Irons v. American National Bank, 175 Ga. 552, 165 S. E. 738), where there is a very full statement of the case as it then stood. It is sufficient to state here, in regard to the former case, that the question was whether or not the petition was subject to general demurrer raising the question of jurisdiction of the court as to American National Bank, a foreign corporation domiciled at Nashville, Tennessee.
