McGEE, Judge.
Gilbert Silva (plaintiff) was employed by Lowe’s Home Improvement (Lowe’s) in the plumbing department at a Lowe’s store in Henderson. Plaintiff was fifty-eight years old at the time of the hearing of his claim. Prior to his employment at Lowe’s, plaintiff had worked as an engineer for Lockheed Martin and had also owned, operated, and managed his own business. Plaintiff’s primary function at Lowe’s was to write special orders for customers, attend to customers, stock shelves, and clean.
