¶1 Dennis Patrick Bucknell appeals his conviction for one count of second degree rape. He contends the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction. We reverse and remand for entry of judgment on the lesser charge of third degree rape.

*526¶2 On February 20, 2005, Officer Nathan Bohanek was dispatched to Sacred Heart Medical Center to investigate a reported incident of rape involving Mr. Bucknell’s sister, Michelle Mummert.
