OPINION
ROBINSON, Judge:
This matter originally came before the court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment, Conoco Inc.’s (“Conoco”) cross-motion for partial summary judgment, and third-party plaintiffs’ (“plaintiffs”) cross-motion for partial summary judgment. Oral argument was held on January 31,1995.
On June 23, 1995, and August 8, 9 and 10, 1995, the court entered judgment pursuant to the some of the parties’ joint motions to dismiss and stipulations for compromise settlements, pursuant to which, the Florida and Alaska lease claims of Conoco and plaintiffs were settled. Moreover, the…
