In this equity proceeding plaintiff seeks a decree of reformation by striking from the deed of conveyance a material alteration placed thereon, and enjoining defendant from exercising any rights in the property and enjoining defendant from any occupancy of or trespassing upon *124the property described in the deed. Defendant resists the entry of such decree and specifically denies the fraud alleged by plaintiff, asserts laches and unclean hands on the part of plaintiff and asserts certain rights in and upon the premises, the subject matter of this litigation.
