Russell 1 (“Plaintiff* or “Russell”) appeals from the order of the district court denying Plaintiffs motion for reconsideration, and granting Defendant GTE Government Systems Corporation (“GTE”)’s motion for reconsideration in this diversity action for breach of contract and promissory estoppel arising out of Russell’s employment with GTE.
