The Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“FHLMC”) has moved for relief from the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362 to permit FHLMC to continue litigation against Pioneer Commercial Funding Corporation (“Pioneer”), the debtor, in a multi-defendant action pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
