Appeal from an order of the Family Court of *1031Broome County (Connerton, J.), entered June 4, 2004, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, to adjudicate respondents’ child to be abused and neglected.
In the early morning hours of Tuesday, October 28, 2003, respondents’ two-month-old son was screaming, pale, acting strangely, vomiting, refusing to eat and displaying seizure-like symptoms.
