Mr. Malone, Special Justice,

delivered the opinion of the Court.

The bill in this cause was filed by a judgment creditor, with nulla bona return, to subject the interest of the defendant, Joseph B. O’Bryan, Jr., in certain property held in trust for him.

*22The defense relied upon in the answer of defendants (and sustained by the chancellor) is that the trust in question was a “spendthrift trust” created by will duly recorded. Complainant’s bill was accordingly dismissed, and from this decree she has appealed.
