Appeal from an order denying plaintiff’s motion for amended findings and conclusions or a new trial.

Plaintiff as executrix of the estate of Alice G. Manternach contends that defendants exerted .undue influence over decedent and that the latter lacked mental capacity at the time of the transactions here involved.

The questions for consideration are: (1) Was there sufficient evidence to sustain the trial court’s findings that defendants did not exercise any undue influence over decedent and that the latter was mentally competent at the time of the transactions here…
