Appeal in a will contest from an order denying contestants’ motion for a new trial.

Henry Hartz, a resident of the village of Mazeppa, Minnesota, died in the Lake City Hospital on December 31, 1950, at the age of 81 years. He had never married. His closest relatives were *315four first cousins residing in Oklahoma who, as appellants herein, contest his last will on the ground of undue influence. By his will, which was executed on December 1, 1950, or 30 days before he died, he bequeathed and devised his estate of approximately. $96,000 as follows: A total of $7,000 to his church…
