This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of El Paso County, Texas, 41st Judicial District. In'the District Court it was an appeal from the judgment of the County Court of El Paso County, Texas, denying the application of Billieve Slauson to probate the will of Kah Burkett, Deceased, said will being dated July 10, 1949. The grounds of .the contest were lack of .testamentary capacity and undue influence. The contest was instituted by the legal heirs of Kah Burkett, Deceased.
