The matter before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion for Preliminary Injunction (ECF No. 3-2).
BACKGROUND
i On December 12, 2014, Plaintiff initiated this action by filing a Complaint against Defendants Reeht Family Partnership, Sunwest Management, Inc., and Robin Ki-nard. (ECF No. 1).
