MEMORANDUM OPINION
REGGIE B. WALTON, District Judge.
The plaintiffs 1 filed this action on March 29, 2007, against the defendants 2 alleging violations of §§ 101(a)(2) of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (“The Labor Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 411(a)(2) (2006), and 101(a)(4) of the Labor Act, 29 U.S.C. § 411(a)(4)(2006).
