NAIL, Bankruptcy Judge.
Thomas P. Cawley appeals the August 11, 2011 order of the bankruptcy court 1 denying his motion to determine his claim against the chapter 11 estate of Athens/Alpha Gas Corporation. We affirm.
BACKGROUND
Athens/Alpha Gas Corporation (“Debt- or”) filed a petition for relief under chapter 11 on October 28, 2002. Debtor listed Cawley as a secured creditor with a non-contingent, liquidated, undisputed claim of $26,000.00.
