This is an appeal from the Noble Circuit Court in an action wherein the appellee, John D. Hall, sought an injunction against the McCray Memorial Hospital and the members of the Board of Directors thereof. The issues were formed on the appellants’ amended complaint for an injunction, the appellants’ answer in six (6) paragraphs.
