(after stating the facts). — The right of the county court to issue a warrant to Crawford in payment for his services is denied on two grounds; first because said court had no authority to employ an accountant to examine and audit the books of the county and the accounts of its officers; second, because if it had this power, the contract of employment was not entered into in the manner provided by law.
