The appellants, River City Life Center Limited Partnership and Prairie Life Center of Q Street, Ltd., seek further review of the summary dismissal by the Nebraska Court of Appeals. The sole issue on appeal is whether the district court and Court of Appeals erred in dismissing the appeal for lack of jurisdiction for the reason that the appellants’ praecipe was not filed with the clerk of the district court, as required by Neb.
