Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Saratoga County (Scarano, J.), rendered March 5, 2014, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of tampering with physical evidence.

Following a traffic stop on March 5, 2013, defendant was arrested and later arraigned in Town Court on a felony complaint charging him with assault in the second degree and other crimes stemming from his conduct during and after the traffic stop.
