James Kaniff brought this case against his former employer Allstate Insurance Company (“Allstate”), alleging that the termination of his employment was the result of age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq., and disability discrimination in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq. He also asserted that Allstate had breached his employment contract. The district court granted summary judgment for Allstate on each of Kaniffs claims, and he now…
