This appeal stems from a litany of litigation between the parties spanning over more than a decade, and is our third review. Today we decide whether the parties’ contract allows a district court to award additional attorneys’ fees in an arbitration confirmation. The prevailing party in the arbitration proceedings, Glenwood Systems, LLC d/b/a Glenwood Systems, Inc. (“Glenwood”), filed a motion for attorneys’ fees, enhancement of attorneys’ fees and prejudgment interest, but was denied by the district court.
