This is an original proceeding seeking to discipline respondent, Joseph Lopez Wilson, for violating his oath of office as an attorney and Canon 1, DR 1-102(A)(1) and (6), of the Code of Professional Responsibility. Relator, the Counsel for Discipline of the Nebraska Supreme Court, initially filed charges with the Committee on Inquiry of the Second Disciplinary District of the Nebraska State Bar Association (NSBA).
