This cause is a consolidation of three suits filed by Dhane et ah, respondents, against Arthur English, petitioner, and John J. Peters, for damages for personal injuries sustained by them in a collision of the automobile in which they were riding and one owned by English but driven by Peters. The trial court rendered judgment for respondents on a jury verdict. Only English appealed. The Court of Civil Appeals affirmed. 286 S.W. 2d. 666.
