One hundred thirteen (113) members of the United States Army Reserve in stituted this proceeding, seeking (a) habeas corpus relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 et seq., and (b) injunctive relief, both preliminary and permanent. In connection with their quest for injunctive relief, petitioners originally asked that a three-judge court under 28 U.S.C. §§ 2282 and 2284 be convened. The request for injunctive relief has, however, been dropped 1 and, by agreement of counsel for both sides, this petition is treated as one hundred thirteen (113) separate petitions for…
