This appeal arises from a contract for sale of real properties (“the Contract”) entered into on September 27, 1999, between Plaintiffs and Defendants. 1 The Contract’s terms provided, inter alia, that Plaintiffs agreed to sell certain real estate in Barry County, Missouri, to Defendants Jelten and Defendants Wofford for the sum of $276,000.00.
