MEMORANDUM OPINION

PETER J. WALSH, District Judge.

This opinion is with respect to four motions brought by Bank of the Cascades (the “Bank”), as Indenture Trustee for the holders of bonds issued by DBSI 2001A Funding Corporation, DBSI 2001B Funding Corporation, and DBSI 2001C Funding Corporation (together, the “Funding Corporations”). Three of the motions seek entry of orders, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362, lifting the automatic stay to allow the Bank to foreclose on its alleged collateral and exercise state law remedies (the “Lift Stay Motions”).
