Appellant Harold C. Myers brought, this action against appellees P. L. George and the National Wrestling Alliance to recover damages, alleging that appellees,. through their monopoly on wrestling in the United States, deprived appellant of his right to earn a living as a wrestler or to promote wrestling with his carnival in the State of Iowa, in violation of the Anti-Trust Acts, Sections 1 and 2, Title 15, United States Code. The parties will hereinafter be referred to as they were designated in the trial court.
