Dr. Roy Buchsbaum, a hearing-impaired radiation oncologist, sued his former employer, the University Physicians Plan (“UPP”), the Latrobe Area Hospital (“La*42trobe”), and other related defendants alleging unlawful discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. (“ADA”), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. (“ADEA”), and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, 43 Penn. Stat. Ann. § 951 et seq.
