The plaintiffs appeal the judgment of the trial court dismissing their two claims brought under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act (MMPA) and their two breach-of-contract claims against the defendants Ameristar Casinos, Inc. and Am-eristar Casino St. Charles Inc. The plaintiffs also appeal the trial court’s ruling disqualifying the legal counsel for the plaintiffs. We reverse and remand.
