28 U.S.C. § 2255
to correct a 36-month sentence imposed by this Court on February 11, 2022. See “Petition” or Civ. Doc. 1; Cr. Doc. 37. Carrenard argues that the time he spent on bail during the pendency of his criminal case amounts to “official detention” that should be credited toward his federal prison sentence.
