MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
J. THOMAS MARTEN, District Judge.
Presently before this court is plaintiffs Motion to Remand, or in the Alternative, for Default Judgment (Dkt. No. 3) and Supplemental Motion to Remand to State Court (Dkt. No. 7). For the following reasons, the court denies the motions.
I. Factual Background
