The libel stated, that in November, 1852, at New York, there was shipped on that barque, of which the appellants are owners, one hundred and thirty-two boxes of chairs and furniture, to be delivered at the ship’s tackles at the port of Rio de Janeiro, to the appellees, according to the terms of a bill of lading.
