This is a bill filed on September 22, 1888, in the Circuit, Court of DuPage County by the appellant against the appellee for the purpose of enjoining the prosecution of an ejectmentsuit, commenced in said court on June 29, 1888, by appellee, against appellant to recover the possession of Lots 1, 4, 5,' and 8 in Block 7 in the “original town of Hinsdale” in said county, and also for the purpose of setting aside certain deeds, as clouds upon the title of appellant.
