OPINION
BAKER, Chief Judge.
Appellant-plaintiff Joseph Guzik appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of appellees-defendants Town of St. John (the Town), and Town of St. John Metropolitan Police Commission (Police Commission) with regard to his claim for a declaratory judgment and in-junctive relief, which stemmed from his allegedly coerced resignation as the Town’s police chief.
