PAULEY, District Judge.
Plaintiff C3 Media & Marketing Group, LLC (“C3 Media” or “Plaintiff’) brings this action against FirstGate Internet, Inc. (“FirstGate”), Webpay Inc. (“Webpay”), their foreign parent corporations and two of their officers and directors (collectively, “Defendants”). Plaintiff claims that Defendants failed to perform their obligations under three separate contracts and evaded their creditors.
