Action for the construction of a will.

This action is brought by the trustees for the construction of the will of Edward E. Chase, deceased. With the immaterial portions omitted the will provides that the residuary estate be held by the trustees in trust to pay over the income, rents and profits derived therefrom to the testator’s aunt, Adaline A. Bucklin, during her life, and further *207provides in the fourth paragraph as follows: “On the death of my aunt Adaline A. Bucklin * * * I direct the distribution of my residuary estate, and give, devise and bequeath the same to the following named persons in equal shares as follows:…
